MISTAKES MEN MAKE ON DATING SITES AND APPS

 

Here are some top mistakes men make on dating sites and apps that keep them single and deter women from replying to them.

1. Using filters. 

Yes, really, men use filters too. It is very interesting to see a man 40+ or even 50+ who has applied a filter on one of his photos while has has not done it with other photos in his profile. Interesting- I am really being to kind, it is plain silly and completely counter productive. Don't do it.

2. Lying about your age. 

Yes, men do it too. You are forever 49 but your photos look like closer to 65? We can tell, sorry. You are 45 but your profile says 36 ? We can see though this as well.... You photos are from 10 years ago when you were 10kg slimmer and with full head of hair but then you thought nobody will notice the photos colours and resolution don't match the current standards? Think again. If you do that and somehow get away with it, you will be found out in person and it will be a disappointment for your date. 

3. Pretending you live in a better area than you really do. Really, how is that working out for you? 

4. Pretending you are very wealthy while you can barely afford dinner. Yes, this happens. Do you really think women are that dumb? We can see through you.

5. Pretending you are single. 

You have just separated last week and today hitting the dating apps? This will only end in a disaster, don't do it. You are separated for a long time but never seem to get that final decree absolute? Nobody will take you seriously. You are dating someone else but just trying to see what else is out there so maybe you can upgrade? We can see through it , the signs are always there and you are just wasting time.

6. Having an agenda.

You only invite women to the same bar/ restaurant in your area that is conveniently around the block from your place? We can figure it out and see right through it, you are just playing a numbers game to see which woman is desperate enough to travel hours across town for a first date. Busted.

7. Trying to make your ex jealous.

You have a very specific time and date when you know your ex will be in a certain place or perhaps her friends or work colleagues and you will be seen with a new hottie you just met on a dating site. Nice one, but you are just using people and tricking them, you are not a very nice person, sorry , nobody will ever date you.

8. Hiding the fact you have children.

It might get you attention from people who are free and single but not all of them will be willing to date someone which kids so it is better to be upfront otherwise be prepared to waste a lot of time.

9. Dressing sloppy for a first date.

Throw away that jumper with holes and that flowery shirt and an old t shirt and wear something nice. If you aren't making any effort with your clothes for the first date, what kind of impression are you giving off? Completely undesirable!

10. Not being a gentleman. 

This one goes without saying that if you want to attract high quality and attractive women , you have to be and act as a gentleman otherwise you will only attract desperate women with no self esteem. Unless that is your goal obviously.
